
Fuse helped weave Zipcar into the fabric of campus life
Zipcar is a cost-efficient, sustainable transportation option available on or near 600 college campuses. Zipcar turned to Fuse to drive awareness, grow membership, and to weave the brand into the fabric of campus life.
With a team of Campus Reps executing experiential and social media, Zipcar revved its engine right into college student consciousness. Activating on a rotating selection of campuses, Fuse recruited, hired, on-boarded and managed over 70 Campus Reps. The program focused on themed activations, including Valentine’s Day, March Madness, and Spring Break with events, social media, and partnerships with student organizations. Fuse continually solicited feedback from the Reps and were able to adjust program elements to account for campus trends, current events, and changing student priorities.
Zipcar Campus Reps increased membership sign-ups 33% year over year and continue to generate awareness of the environmentally and pocket-book friendly transportation option.
