Fuse Named One of the Best Places to Work in Vermont for the Twelfth Consecutive Year

For the twelfth consecutive year, we are excited to be named one of the top 50 Best Places to Work in Vermont by Vermont Business Magazine, the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, the Vermont Department of Economic Development, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Vermont State Council and Best Companies Group. The rankings of the Best Places to Work in Vermont were unveiled at a live awards ceremony in Burlington, VT. Fuse was ranked second among the top 29 small businesses (15 – 99 employees) that were nominated.

The annual program is designed to identify and celebrate places of employment that benefit the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. In order to be chosen as a best place to work, companies are vetted through a two-part evaluation process that assesses workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics as well as a heavily weighed survey of employees that gauges their overall experience and satisfaction.
“What an honor to continue to be recognized as one of the best places to work for in Vermont, year-over-year,” stated Julie Jatlow, Partner at Fuse. “Our company culture is paramount at Fuse. Our talented team collaborates to provide a supportive and fun work environment that aligns with our core values and positively affects our productivity. Without such an amazing team, we would not be where we are today.”

At Fuse, employees are encouraged to pursue a healthy work-life balance by taking advantage of an annual fitness stipend, access to an on-site indoor mini skateboard ramp, workout area, access to outdoor recreational gear (kayaks, paddle boards, snowshoes, etc.), a dog-friendly office, half days during summer and winter months, complimentary snacks, birthdays off, and much more. Those who reach five-year and ten-year milestones are awarded additional benefits that include a personalized vacation and extra time off. To support and promote community engagement, Fuse also offers paid time off for volunteering. Other company perks include a flexible, hybrid office schedule, competitive healthcare, and desirable retirement packages.
