For the thirteenth consecutive year, Fuse is excited to be named a Best Places to Work in Vermont by Vermont Business Magazine, the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, the Vermont Department of Economic Development, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Vermont State Council and Best Companies Group. The rankings of the Best Places to Work in Vermont were unveiled at a live awards ceremony in Burlington, VT. Fuse was ranked twenty-second among small businesses (15 – 99 employees) that were nominated.

The annual program is designed to identify and celebrate places of employment that benefit the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. In order to be chosen as a best place to work, companies are vetted through a two-part evaluation process that assesses workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics as well as a heavily weighed survey of employees that gauges their overall experience and satisfaction.

At Fuse, employees are encouraged to pursue a healthy work-life balance by taking advantage of an annual fitness stipend, seasonal ski pass, access to an on-site indoor mini skateboard ramp and outdoor recreational gear (kayaks, paddle boards, snowshoes, etc.), a dog-friendly office, half days during summer and winter months, complimentary snacks, birthdays off, and much more.
