Mountain Dew sought to sustain their prominence as a top Millennial beverage brand through authentic and unique marketing while breaking through the clutter as the beverage industry became more crowded.
Fuse strived to innovate and keep the brand’s action sports strategy fresh with new ideas and programs. Included in those efforts have been establishing the Dew Tour, sponsoring grassroots programs, and utilizing pro athletes at retail and in social media, public relations, print and digital campaigns. Additionally, Fuse built industry partnerships with Burton Snowboards and action sports media to distribute branded content.
Mountain Dew continues to engage consumers, resulting in millions of impressions and remaining a top brand in the beverage industry. Mountain Dew’s action sports efforts contributed to Pepsi’s receipt of Sports Business Journal’s Sports Sponsor of the Year award.
